About Me
With a proven record of innovation as an international, multi-award winning founder of a social enterprise and large-scale initiatives, I partner with organisations to spot and capitalise on their people opportunities for breakthrough impact and results.
As a creator of a social enterprise and of employee experience and community initiatives, I possess a demonstrable knack for finding gaps and catalysing solutions. I bridged the first decade of my career in nonprofit leadership to my second decade of people development by bringing together a team to utilise coaching in a new space: to support individuals and organisations to address domestic abuse. I created and delivered an evidence-based program, and have received a total of ten awards for this and my larger body of employee experience and people development work.
I have supported over 350 executives, senior and emerging leaders and teams in Fortune 10-500 Companies in 25+ industries such as Technology, Biotechnology, Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, Communications, Hospitality, and Retail as well as Academic, Federal, and Non-Profit Institutions. My clients include clients include Euronext, The National Trust, the Royal Institute of British Architects, Prairie Harm Reduction, the Department of Energy & Climate Change, and the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy.

Identified as a leader throughout my younger years, I rose to leadership positions in my early 20’s. I managed an emergency shelter and crisis line for women affected by domestic abuse in Canada, led operations for a UK coaching start-up, and founded a coaching social enterprise in London before age 30. My early success as a leader resulted in large part from being trusted to get the best from the people around me. I have honed this natural strength to become my expertise, and use this to serve my clients and their goals.
I began the current iteration of my career in 2015 in the finance and insurance industries in London, UK as an executive coach and trainer. My work has earned me opportunities to educate my peers through publishing and speaking at national and international coaching conferences. I have also spoken at the BBC; the Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy; the former Department of Energy and Climate Change; Skipton Building Society; Coaching at Work; the Ministry of Entrepreneurship; and LondonTechLadies (Lean-In Circle, a DEI initiative).
I have obtained my MSc Social Policy and Development (London School of Economics), BA Linguistics (University of Saskatchewan), CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach), PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and FRSA (Lifetime Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) professional designations and combine this with additional certifications (including Advanced Coaching for Groups and Teams, Organisation & Relationship Systems at Work, Certified Executive Coach) and experience to help each client elevate their performance and achieve greater results.
